Minecraft Microsoft unlink account fail

I have a problem some how my ps Minecraft edition is linked with a old deleted Microsoft account wish I can’t acces Anny more since it’s fully closed so now I want to connect my new Microsoft account to the Minecraft PlayStation edition and it keeps saying it’s linked to the old one now I’m here stuck waiting 2 years already for help but Microsoft just keeps saying they wil help be but nope they stil din’t any one any tips on how to finaly fix this ?

Unfortunately, once you link a Microsoft account to a Minecraft account, I am afraid they cannot be unlinked!

Regarding your situation, it will be best if you can get in touch with PS support for assistance, since you have to unlink the Microsoft account from your PS account.

You may need to ask them how to unlink your Minecraft account to your Nintendo account.

That will be on Mojang's end, Microsoft does not have the capability to unlink an in-game account.

According to what's described on the Minecraft official page: "After you link a Minecraft: Java Edition account to a Microsoft Secure Account (MSA), the accounts are permanently linked and cannot be unlinked. "

This means that the Xbox Online support team won't be able to do anything about the situation, and my advice would be to get in touch with them once again to see what can be done about the case.

It states:

Linking a Microsoft account to a Playstation® account

WARNING Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation® account, neither the Microsoft account nor the PlayStation™ Network account can be associated with a different account. 

If you choose to unlink accounts, then purchases will be returned to the account which made the purchase. Even after unlinking, Microsoft and PlayStation® accounts can only be re-linked to the original account.

What happens when I unlink my Microsoft account?

IMPORTANT Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation™ Network account, it cannot be unlinked without loss of access to entitlements and Minecoins on other platforms.

However, even if you unlink it, according to Mojang you can only Re-link it to the original account, you cannot link a different PlayStation account to the Microsoft account.
