Minecraft Microsoft log in

I have not played Minecraft since the mojang account switch, my minecraft account auto logs me out after a few months of not playing so when i was told to log in again i didn't think anything of it. I typed in the password and email and it said it failed to log in, i changed the password thinking i just forgot it but it just said to make a new account, i did and it said i have to purchase minecraft again. When im logged into the new account it shows my old one as a secondary account. Whenever i try to switch accounts it says "Unknown code: Deep Ocean". How do i get my old account back??

I don’t think it has to do with that. When I log into the Minecraft website it says that I have Minecraft purchased, it won’t let me log in with this account into the Minecraft launcher. Whenever I click log in with Microsoft or I click on my account to log in, it says that there was an issue while logging in.

In case you have more than one email, did you check/sign on each one to see if maybe you was using a different account for Minecraft?

Is that a Microsoft account?

To change the Microsoft account affiliated with your Minecraft account, you can follow these steps:

1. Open the Minecraft game on your device and log in with your current Microsoft account.

2. Click on the "Play" button to start the game.

3. Once the game has loaded, click on the "Options" button in the main menu.

4. In the options menu, click on the "Profile" button.

5. Click on the "Log Out" button to log out of your current Microsoft account.

6. Once you have logged out, click on the "Log In" button to log in with a different Microsoft account.

7. Enter the login credentials for the new Microsoft account and click on the "Log In" button to link it to your Minecraft account.

Keep in mind that changing the Microsoft account linked to your Minecraft account will also change the account linked to your Xbox Live achievements and friends list.

Search for ''Minecraft Launcher'' in the Xbox app, install, log in with your Microsoft account on the launcher, select Minecraft For Windows and install.
