    Minecraft Microsoft Crossplay Account Loses Connection Recent Patch (PS4)


    Hello folks,

    I'm having a very strange issue after the recent update where my microsoft crossplay account information keeps getting disconnected as with the recent patch. After every time that I boot up Minecraft I find that my account has been logged out of for starters,
    and after logging back in it will disconnect after halfway through a playthrough on a stream (as I stream Minecraft and allow viewers to come and join on the bedrock side).

    I'm also having issues with my Microsoft friends list not loading during that time as well, which makes it difficult to potentially invite people or for people on the Microsoft side to actually try and join. The maximum number of players on the PS4 side that
    are able to join me maxes out at 8 players total, and that's not a lot to work with at all. It all seemed to start after the recent update that added the newest nether mob as well.

    For solutions I have tried deleting my save game data in my storage, reconnecting the account after each playthrough, and my last resort is to contact someone who is potentially having a similar issue as me.

    Can anyone provide any insight or solutions?

    Logging in on ps4

    Ps4 received the Bedrock version of Minecraft, meaning it is crossplay enabled now. However you need to have a Microsoft account to be able to play with your friends on other platforms.

    There is some issues with the linking/signing in of accounts on PS4.

    Yeah it's frustrating but cod supports more ps4, so they will patch and releasing new content first for that platform. I hope they will add an option to deactivate crossplay soon.
