So my Microsoft account was recently hacked and stolen. I don't really mind losing the account itself, I can just use another one. But the issue is that the hacker was specifically targeting my Minecraft account, and so they hacked my Microsoft email in order to take over my Minecraft account. I am trying to get my Minecraft account back now. I need the account to be transferred to another email. I have proof that I own the account, I just need someone to transfer it out of under the hacker's email and under one of my own. (I do also have communication with the hacker on Discord and his Discord sever, which is what he baited me from, and he mentioned something about hiding the email so I couldn't log in, and I have much more info from that as well. Also, just a little extra, I somehow still show up logged into that account whenever I open Microsoft rewards from a bookmarked tab on chrome.) What should I do about this?

To recover your account, you need to fill out Microsoft’s account recovery form as thoroughly as possible. This form is designed to help verify your ownership by collecting detailed information only you would know, which is crucial to regain control of your account. Provide as much proof as you can, and keep trying even if it doesn't work the first time.

WHY exactly are you viewing this auction site anyway? What lead you to viewing stolen account auctions?

No need to visit unwanted sites or content.

IMO, seems like a LOT of details for unwanted content....... How exactly do you KNOW the accounts are stolen?

What do the other ambassadors have to say? Sure it maybe a scam. No need to promote visiting the site IMO.

No need to EVER go back again.... You can report the stolen accounts BTW,....... They are traced back to the account holder. After all.

Besides 9.99 is all you need for a new name anyway

We understand how much time and effort you have invested just to recover your account and got failed. The account recovery process is designed to help verify ownership of the account and until you can prove ownership of the account through the questions provided, the account can be recovered. Just to set your proper expectation that Microsoft accounts are fully managed and handled by an automated server and we don't have manual access to it because Microsoft really takes our security and privacy very seriously. This would mean that support from community forum and customer support can't do more than you can do for yourself with the account recovery form. We do not have the ability to send password reset links or provide other ways to access or change account details.

We recommend that you try filling out the account recovery form again. You can do this up to twice a day. Do this if you find more information or remember something else about your account that will help. You will be asked to provide account information such as date of birth, services you have taken advantage of with Microsoft, recent emails you have sent to your recipients, and also the subject of the email, etc.

My account in minecraft got stolen was migrated on this account they ve changed the email adress on my minecraft acount that was migrated on this **** **** platform.

So the email that used to be used to log into minecraft has a microsoft account. When I log in to the microsoft account specifically, I'm not sure if the account has been migrated. Like I said, I can't figure out how to log into an account to download minecraft.

Honestly, maybe the account was migrated but to a stolen microsoft account? If that was the case, how would I get my game back?
