    Minecraft Microsoft Account sign-in issue on PlayStation 4


    Hello,

    When I try to sign in using my Microsoft account in Minecraft on PS4 I keep getting a pop up box saying "Failed to Login"

    And in the box reads "Oops! looks like this account is already connected. Please sign in with your previously connected Microsoft Account, '(accountname)'."

    I'm not sure as to why this issue keeps arising since I haven't linked that Microsoft account to a PSN account before, I have only linked it to my Minecraft on my Nintendo Switch. So I'm wondering if thats where the issue is arising?

    I previously had a different Microsoft account linked to the PSN account I am currently trying to log into, but I unlinked that account from the PSN account.

    I am I not allowed to have my Microsoft account linked to two different platforms (PSN,Switch) at the same time?

    Any help is very much appreciated!

    signing in to the Xbox website with your Microsoft account. This will create an Xbox profile for the account. Xbox profile information is necessary on a Microsoft account in order for you to
    link it to Minecraft for PlayStation 4. Also, there is
    an FAQ on the Minecraft support website     that explains more about using Minecraft on PlayStation 4. Be sure to let us know the results
