MineCraft Microsoft Account sign-in issue on Play Station 4

I also deleted and reinstalled MineCraft.

This is a bug that Mojang has been working on since the Bedrock version was released for PS4 but has not provided any official response or solutions. There are a few things to try and solve this issue.

First, make sure that your Microsoft account has a Gamertag by logging in to http://account.xbox.com/ or the Xbox app. Then, I would recommend reinstalling the game on your PS4 system.
That should force the game to make you login again.

I've also seen that downloading a free texture pack and then activating it from the in-game Minecraft Store should help force the sign in. In the Minecraft Store, go to Texture Packs then Texture Packs by Minecraft and look for "Minecraft texture Update
Beta". Download that pack and activate it. If it doesn't work, try downloading and activating another free pack.

Give that a try and let us know the results!

If you have the Xbox App, sign out first at the Microsoft Store App and sign in with the account you wish to play with. Then do the same on the Xbox App, completely sign out, then sign in with the account you wish you with to play with. Then in the Minecraft Launcher sign out completely then attempt to log back in with your Microsoft Account. Let me know if you're still having issues, we can try something else.
