    Minecraft microsoft account login issue on Ps4


    I have desperately been trying to login into my Microsoft account on minecraft. However, there has been an issue preventing me from doing so.

    Right after scanning the QR code or using the website to log in, it says you have been successfully logged in.

    Subsequently, on my console, a "connecting" page pops up, and it goes back to login page in which a QR code appears and asks for login all over again.

    I tried many different things such as using different Microsoft accounts or even using a whole different PSN account. I even tried reinstalling the game.

    Please provide me some assistance.

    I was able to sign in to Microsoft by going on the "profile" option.

    Microsoft couldn't help. Sony couldn't help. I was able to login before Mojang could help.

    Have you tried turning your PlayStation off completely and clearing the cache on it, support article on how to do this can be found here: 4 Easy Ways to Clear the Cache on your Playstation (wikihow.com).

    After you have done this, please try again with signing into your Microsoft account.
