Minecraft microsoft account linked to unknown playstation account

I have Minecraft on my Playstation 5. When I try to login with my Microsoft account it gives me an error saying “Oops! Looks like the Microsoft Account you are trying to use is already connected to another account for “Playstation Network””

I tried reaching out to Minecraft support, they said to contact either Microsoft or Playstation.

I contacted Playstation support and they said they dont see 3rd party linked accounts and I need to conctact Microsoft

I cannot contact Microsoft because there is no support form, so I am posting my question here.

I just want to either find out what account is linked to my Playstation ID or unlink whatever exists now, so that I can play the game.

I have logged in both my Playstation, Xbox and Microsoft accounts on the web and in account settings havent seen any indications of some linking or unlinking

Thanks, but I really don’t consider that a solution as I only have 1 main Microsoft account that I use for everything and I’m not interested in trying to dig up accounts I made as a teenager and playing on old accounts that cannot sync with my other devices. Especially when I have already spent hundreds of hours on those other devices on worlds inside Minecraft with friends and family.

I understand it’s A solution and not THE solution but that is the most extreme version of “tough luck” I have seen and if there is nothing else that can be done, then one of the 3 (Microsoft, Minecraft or Sony) needs to step up and make a process as I can’t be the only one having this problem as clearly this is some backend issue that can only be solved by them.

User has issues loging in and using the service -> provider of the service should be able to fix it or provide a path for the user to fix it themselves

Unfortunately, the only way is to keep trying to sign in with all your Microsoft accounts until you find the one that is linked to your PSN account. If you don't remember all your Microsoft accounts, you can follow the steps below:

Is your PlayStation account still linked to your Microsoft Account?

You can only link one PSN account to one Minecraft account, if you disconnect it, you won't be able to link another PSN account to it.

I took this from the Minecraft site:

"WARNING: Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation account, neither the Microsoft account nor the PlayStation Network account can be associated with a different account.

If you choose to unlink accounts, then purchases will be returned to the account that made the purchase. Even after unlinking, Microsoft and PlayStation accounts can only be re-linked to the original account."

Are you trying to do this to play Minecraft?

I believe you can only link one PSN account to one Minecraft account, if you disconnect it, I don't believe you will be able to link another PSN account to it.
