Minecraft - Message problem

I need a little help here.

In a server with other people, I can see each and every message that is sent by them, except for this one friend. However, everyone else claims that they can see the messages sent by that friend, so frankly I'm a bit confused. Can anyone provide some input
on the situation? It might not be my place to ask, as the problem may come from my friend's end, but I'd still like some advice.

I still have this same problem, And when I try to start minecraft this message appears: Sorry, unable to start Minecraft.

Java , also no error message , just buy minecraft java , also i talked with microsoft support , and they proved that the problem is from Xbox

Same problem on iPad 4: green screen with error message, in Minecraft PE and in Xbox app. But logging on xbox.com works fine. Any solutions?

many people im helping on the ambassador chats are still getting this message after deleting their connection and resetting. I believe its a problem with the minecraft update.
