Minecraft master collection : Some dlc are not "owned"

Thank for you answer.

I had already tried to cold boot the xbx.

Getting in a game and out didn't change anything.

I also tried, without success :

• Deleting the account and recreate it
• Deleting ingame cache
• Deleting the game and re-installing
• Installing the game on another Xbox one

It's really strange, as it is a single code for everything, and all other items are owned.

I'm gonna contact support.

It seems the issue your having is probably a synchronization issue caused by you restarting your Xbox while trying to download them previously. Have you done a full system cycle since then? To do so, hold the Xbox button on the console for 5-10 seconds and
wait until the console has completely shut off. Once you turn it back on, it should take some time to load up and then check if you have them. If the game does not show them, try loading into a world of yours, then save and quit. If the issue persists, it
may be a good idea to go to support.xbox.com/contact-us as if you do everything I've previously mentioned and they still don't show as owned, then it will be a purchase check issue which the official support will have to look into. Hope this helped.
