    Minecraft Marketplace Purchases


    Hi,

    Having trouble with Mincraft Marketplace Purchases. On the whole they work fine but with 2 of them, they show as purchased, I have an order number in my microsoft account, money was taken from my bank but the downloads failed and I have no idea of where
    or how to try re-installing. Help would be appreciated. I've spent hours trying to figure this out.

    This is for Minecraft on Windows 10

    There are no mods on the Xbox version of minecraft. Are you talking about skins and texture packs? Are you trying to purchase in the Xbox Marketplace or the Minecraft marketplace with minecoins?

    Minecraft - Skin Pack Four Purchase

    If you purchased the content via the LIVE Marketplace and not the Minecraft In-Game marketplace, it may not recognize the purchase. I'm not aware of any fixes, but for future reference, I suggest buying from the In-Game Marketplace when making add-on purchases.

    This is not a Nintendo Question. The Minecraft game is owned by Microsoft. Your own game tells you on the startup screen to Link your Microsoft Account in order to preserve purchases from the Marketplace. I did that. I had 4000+ Minecoins (digital currency
    directly related to Minecraft) and texture packs in the marketplace inventory. When I created and linked the Microsoft account, my Minecoins and purchases are no longer there. So there has been some kind of disconnect between Minecraft and the Microsoft
    account. The Marketplace for Minecraft is not called "Nintendo Marketplace".

    Mojang support. This is where all the in game items come from.

    Minecraft Marketplace purchase

    are you sure you are logged into the correct minecraft account that made those purchases? also, is your account linked to your xbox live account? if so, you should be able to go to your purchase history and they will show there.
