    Minecraft Marketplace Purchases are gone (Nintendo Switch)


    Hello there,

    my last try here. I play Minecraft on the Nintendo Switch. I bought the ZigZag Texture Pack and a Skinpack several months ago. Now for longer than a month, my purchases are gone. When i go to my stuff, there are only the free stuff everyone gets but not
    mine. If i searches for them in the store i have to buy them again. I linked my Nintendo Account with my Xbox Live Account, so my purchases had to be 100% safe. Also there is a blue exclamation mark on my Marketplace. Xbox gamer support says „Ask Nintendo“.
    Nintendo says „ ask microsoft“. And Mojang... i dont have to say anything about them. 3 Emails and no response for over a month.... Its so frustrating because you cant play your world without the texture pack... you cant build anything because it looks completely
    different of course.

    So i asked Xbox Support and Nintendo Support and no one could help me... any ideas?

    Hey! Too bad to hear that. The solution for me was to use my test trial for the realm, upload my world from the switch, download it on my PC and buy the stuff again... so i can play there. Not really the solution i wanted but what to do.. sadly i havent
    a facebook account anymore but i hope you have success!!
