Minecraft Marketplace Purchases and syncing with an account

Currently been having this problem for a couple months and now it seems to increased in severity.

Trying to Sync purchases I have made in the market place with the Microsoft account. It seems to plaque both Switch purchases and Mobile purchases. You get the warning that you should connect a Microsoft account with the device to prevent purchases made
being loss. When you sign in you loss access to those purchases that its telling you its trying to prevent loss in case of device failure. If you sign out of the account the purchases are back. Happens on both switch and mobile version. Cant see those purchases
on other devices or play them while signed in. Use to only have the issue of not syncing between devices. Now has escalated to losing access.

Same issue here. If I log into Minecraft on my Nintendo switch under my Nintendo account, I can see the DLC. But it will not sync over to my Microsoft account to be able to play on different devices.

Has anyone had luck syncing purchases made with a Nintendo account to a Microsoft account in Minecraft marketplace?

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums.

Could you, please, elaborate a bit more on what you mean by "link"?

On the pocket edition of Minecraft, you must use a Microsoft account in order to be able to make purchases. Those purchases are synced between the console version if you sign into the same account you are signed in on your own.

We cant help with a nintendo question

This is not a Nintendo Question. The Minecraft game is owned by Microsoft. Your own game tells you on the startup screen to Link your Microsoft Account in order to preserve purchases from the Marketplace. I did that. I had 4000+ Minecoins (digital currency
directly related to Minecraft) and texture packs in the marketplace inventory. When I created and linked the Microsoft account, my Minecoins and purchases are no longer there. So there has been some kind of disconnect between Minecraft and the Microsoft
account. The Marketplace for Minecraft is not called "Nintendo Marketplace".
