    Minecraft Marketplace issue


    So I have been having issues connecting to Minecraft’s marketplace, it outright won’t connect and loosely suggests to check my internet connection, which is fine on every device in the household (Xbox Series S, 2 mobiles, Switch & laptop) and all tested
    connection as fine

    It simply says it cannot connect to Marketplace in Minecraft (and it is only Minecraft which is having issues, other games can access in game stores fine) and has then locked all content related to Minecraft’s Marketplace including content I have paid for.
    I’m unable to use world templates, profile skins, and everything in between

    This issue has been persisting for nearly 2 weeks and I cannot find a fix online at all, and Mojang keep referring me to Xbox’s Support rather than trying to assist as I have noticed this issue is actually on multiple platforms so any help is appreciated!

    My market place is not letting me download load anything and it's up to data ?

    I see. What I can recommend here is to uninstall an reinstall the full game Minecraft, it should fix any issues with the Minecraft marketplace.

    May I know what steps have you tried so far? If none, try closing the game completely on your device. Check your app store to see that you are running the most up to date version of Minecraft. Update the game, then relaunch. If you are still unable to download the item then, try signing in and out of your Account then downloading it again.
