Thanks for such a quick response. I’ve raised a query with support on the forums you mentioned so hopefully can get resolved that way.

Regarding the v-bucks, they were purchased on the Xbox using the game directly - after I’d loaded some cash into my sons account from mine. Does that help?

This is a know bug for Minecraft. Some players had it in the past and it should be fixed. Anyone having this issue needs to contact Minecraft support. There is nothing wrong with your account, this is a server issue, not a client issue.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with the error code Drowned. The Drowned error is a sign-in issue associated with your Microsoft account. Can you confirm on what device do you play Minecraft? First, please try to make sure that your game is on the latest update. You can also try to change your Microsoft account password and see if it will help.

If possible, please try to use a different network when signing in your Microsoft account on Minecraft and check if you will get the same Drowned error code.

Sorry to hear about that, however, on what device are you specifically?

Though, Mojang advised that if you experience this error, you may need to fully close the game, reset your device, and attempt to log in again.
