    I bought an Xbox one on December 24th 2017. I installed Minecraft on my Xbox account. Ten days ago, there was an update. Since then, I haven't be able to find the game, it's lost. I ve reached Microsoft to submit the problem. Their answer was that I should
    contact you because the problem is with the game, not with the xbox.

    I don't know what to do !!

    I am sorry, but as explained above, it is no longer possible to recover the account once the email is changed. Remember, your Microsoft account is the same as your Minecraft account, so if one is lost then I'm afraid your license to Minecraft is lost too.
