    Minecraft login doesnt work


    Hello, i bought minecraft recently, i tried logging in minecraft launcher using both mojang and microsoft options, i used the right mail and password, i even resetted my password, used the send verification code option, it says theres problem, i tried everything but i cant seem to login, please help

    May I know what launcher are you using? The one from the Microsoft Store or you downloaded it from minecraft.net?

    The Mojang option only is intended to use if your account isn't migrated yet.

    Did you purchased the game with your Microsoft account?

    If you go to minecraft.net and try to sign in. Are you able to do it properly?

    Please attach an screenshot for this error, in that way I can advise you properly

    And finally, please tell me briefly which troubleshooting steps you tried so far to fix this, in that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

    Hey there mreric rulezz.

    Odd that it's asking you for Xbox Live Gold. Since this began, have you attempted a full power cycle on your Xbox One by unplugging it completely for 8-10 seconds until it shuts down, then starting up Minecraft again? Let us know if there's any change :)
