Minecraft Loading Issues...

So i recently just downloaded minecraft on my sons account on his xbox one s and as soon as i load into the game on his account it gives me an error... “You are almost out of data storage space! Minecraft has restricted access to this feature until you
clear up additional storage space.” He has 365GB of free space how can that not be enough. Ive tried a hard reset, ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, i even did a full console reset and redownloaded the game to no avail. I feel like i just wasted
$20 for this game that i cant even play... but heres the kicker, i download my account onto his xbox and i load right in no problem and can play and he has no restrictions and has xbox live gold. Please someone help!

Ok I have had that happen to me a couple of times. 1. make sure the Xbox is clean and isn't dusty. 2. Depending on how long the Xbox has been running, make sure it is not overheating and has a cooling system. 3. Clear the cache. 4. Try removing Minecraft
from your Xbox (only problem with that is that your previous worlds that you made may go away and you'll have to start from scratch). Just make sure if you do step 4 not to remove the license just the game it self. Hope that helps!

Have this issue as well, but i did get it to go away for about a month. Because none of the answers on the forums or online helped, they all just recommend different resets, I just didn't play it. Then I had to remove my profile and reintialize it for a
different issue, and it worked after that. Now it's doing it again, and removing my profile was a pain, really don't want to do that every month.

I have had issues with my internet connecting. I have it wired, but for some reason it won't register it's hooked up from time to time. Switching which port its hooked up to resolves the issue temporarily. Don't know why the internet would affect it, but
i have no speed issues with any device, to include this xbox.

Clear cache or look for corrupt files in your storage device. On the dashboard go all the way to the right and and click what should be system settings. Pick the storage device on which you play on mine craft on.( Hard Drive, Console,etc). After you pick
your device. Choose mine craft and there should be your worlds( Maybe I've never went to minecaft on my storage. Maybe player settings) If you see one of your worlds and see a yellow circle with a ! on it that is a corrupt file and you will have to delete
it. Im sorry if it is because there is nothing you can do except start over.

Sorry to hear it. If you've already tried a powercycle on the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down and that didn't work then please try a factory reset on the console. There's an option to keep installed games and
apps so you won't need to redownload them and your saves will be safe on the Cloud.

You might want to check your internet service provider to see what is wrong with the speed. Most likely it may be your internet speed and it's from that. If you have better internet service provider, you may get faster speed of downloading and loading
time.
