    Minecraft Licensing Broken


    I purchased Minecraft for my son once using his account .. the install failed on windows. Then I purchased on my account thinking it was related to family controls... still failed. No error codes or explanation. I need a full refund or access to customer support. No one is available to help. Next step is to o contact the bank and reverse the charges. Microsoft is responsible for returning the funds owed me

    after completing the license transfer did you re-download minecraft to update the licenses. Try deleting minecraft and downloading it again. That should hopefully update the licenses.

    Yes, it is. There has to be a way to transfer licenses, as I paid for this content. Taking the licenses from me because I was given a broken unit is illegal.

    Need Help accessing the other version of Minecraft after both were given if you only owned one of them?

    If it's only Minecraft it means that it is the Minecraft Bedrock Edition that is for Xbox only, the license of Minecraft Bedrock for PC is a different license. This is why we're experiencing the issue, xTCN123x.
