minecraft legacy account with deleted email

is it possible to migrate an old legacy account(~2012) with a delted email? i tried contacting mojang support who were more than useless and sent me in circles with saying i need a transaction ID on a deleted email to change the email, and therefore they say i cant migrate, even though i have multiple devices that have signed into it, some dating back as old as 2014, still with the original launcher. they also say that if i dont somehow get a deleted email back i wont be able to play minecraft on an account that has been around for 10 years, so i dont really know what to do.

is there any way to solve this?

hi there, I am joining to this.

I have a very similar issue to this, the email is likely still accesible by me but which email was used is uknown to us..

the transaction id used is also impossible to get back, the bank used in the purchased closed, the bank account too

and we moved country to another continent entirely.

I have asked support so many times about this issue yet always the same "we couldn't verify its you".

I wonder if they will solve this issue or if you will be able to play without microsoft in a third party way.

the only thing we can do is to be LOUD in the community.

Hello Fortherepublic, by your description if the email has been deleted, if it no longer exists it will be not possible to retrieve information or saves that were attached to it.

Are you playing Java? If yes, please follow my recommendations below.

1. Delete the Minecraft launcher that exists on your computer.

2. Restart your computer.

3. Install legacy Minecraft launcher for Windows.

Once reinstalled, continue with these instructions.

1. Open Minecraft launcher.

2. If you are already logged in, click on your image and Gamer tag in the upper left corner of the screen and then on "Logout".

3. After logging out, delete all accounts registered in the launcher by clicking on the "X" next to each account.

4. In the Minecraft launcher, enter the Microsoft email and password.

Yes tried both launchers still not working...

when opening the Legacy launcher it say Switch to my email to play Minecraft: Java edition the email its refirring to is the email im loggin in with so it feels like i have 2 account and i cant get into the right account because its the same email to both of them
