Minecraft launcher telling me I don't own bedrock

If it is, please try to uninstall and install both Minecraft for Windows and the Minecraft launcher. If it still does not work, please let me know so we can proceed troubleshooting this issue.

Same issue here, I own Minecraft Java Edition but I am unable to even access the page on the Microsoft Store to get the bedrock edition and the launcher just tells me incompatible with launcher

I tried to email them, but they dont respond. Thank you.

Did you purchase the game through MS store or through Minecraft.net?

If it's through MS store, kindly double check your transaction thru https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders to make sure that you're on the right account where it was purchased then sign out/in from the MS store to refresh your game entitlement. Open the Microsoft Store, then click on the profile picture in the top right corner. A pop-up box will appear allowing you to sign out then once signed out, kindly sign in again using the account that has the game.
