Or are you experiencing this with a different system?

Also, please tell me briefly which troubleshooting steps you have done so far to fix this, in that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

May I know if you have enabled as automatic all Xbox Live Services?

Also, is this happening only on your PC? Are you able to test this on another PC with your account or create a new local user to see how it goes?

Press Windows button and type Services

On Services App from the list of results, press right-click and run it as administrator

Scroll to the bottom and find the following services:

IP Helper

Xbox Live Auth Manager

Xbox Live Game Save

Xbox Live Networking Service

Gaming Services

And do this with each of the services listed above:

Right-click over the service and select Properties.

Find the Startup type section and make sure it’s set to Automatic (if not, change it to automatic)

If the service isn’t started, click Start to start the services

Restart your PC

If that doesn't work I'm thinking couple options more:

1. Try running SFC tool to find and repair possible corruptions on your system:

2. If SFC tool doesn't detect corruptions, the best option will be proceed with an in-place upgrade for your system:

3. If the problem is with Java Edition, worth giving it a shot download and install the Launcher marked as Windows 7/8 from this page - https://minecraft.net/download

and try with that launcher

**Uninstall the actual launcher before this step

Go to Xbox.com and try logging into your Microsoft account to see if that works.

If it does and they're no issues. I'll suggest you Open Powershell in admin mode and paste the following, which I believe reinstalls the default apps on Windows 10.

Get-AppxPackage -AllUsers| Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}
