Minecraft Launcher shows only grey then crashes

Thanks for sharing this. Would you please follow the steps below?

- Go to Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Microsoft Store > Advanced Options > Repair, then Reset.

- Go to Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Xbox App > Advanced Options > Repair, then Reset.

- Go to Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Gaming Services > Advanced Options > Repair, then Reset.

- Press Windows + R. Type TEMP and press enter. Delete all the files inside this folder. Repeat this step by typing %TEMP% and Prefetch. Delete everything on both folders too.

- Check your computer region/country and language and please make sure it is the same as your Microsoft account (https://account.microsoft.com/profile). Also check if the time zone and date/time is correct on your computer (Windows + I > Date and time > Region).

- Go to Start > Type Services > Open it. Find all Xbox Services (Xbox Accessory Management Service, Live Auth Manager, Live Game Save, Live Networking Service, Gaming Services). Right Click > Properties> Set the startup type to Automatic. Also Start them.

Yes, the issue is still persisting. I'm in the US, I have an Intel CORE i5, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650, and 16 gigabytes of RAM.

Would you please try to reinstall the launcher? Please press Windows + I. Go to Apps > Apps & features > Search for the Minecraft launcher > Click on it and select Uninstall. Restart your computer and install it again.

If the issue persists, please tell me what country do you live in and your computer hardware - processor, graphic card and RAM.

The "Start" button for all of those is greyed out. Only the Auth Manager is running. I can login into my Microsoft account in my web browser and everywhere else EXCEPT The Minecraft Launcher and Xbox Live.

Yes both are signed in with the same account. I went through the trusted devices page. When I launch the minecraft launcher is shows the bundle purchased but only shows view except for the launcher which shows a play button.
