    Hi , I have this problem with my Minecraft launcher ,, today I opened my Minecraft launcher and I ran into this problem , even tho I purchased the game 1 year ago and it worked perfectly before it said play demo ,and then it started glitching and the play demo button turned into play offline button over and over , I tried everything I uninstalled and reinstalled the launcher, I signed out and in , the Xbox app glitched too , also I have the windows 10/11launcher , pls help me

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Kindly repair the Minecraft launcher as well as the Xbox App by following the steps below:

    Settings > Apps > Apps & Features > Search for the app (one at a time) > Advanced Options > Repair.

    After that restart your PC. On your Minecraft Launcher make sure that you're signed in under the correct Microsoft account.

    Please do launch Xbox Console Companion as well and then sign in.

    It is in a loop of showing me "play demo" and "play offline" even tho I have purchased Minecraft years ago

    For me it opens up the Launcher recognizing my minecraft name but for the Java version (which I previously owned under Majong) it says I can PLAY DEMO. For the Minecraft for Windows it says I can PLAY TRIAL. But I already own Minecraft.

    Done. My Xbox Profile is now in sync with the Launcher and the Minecraft website, however I still see "Play Demo" on the launcher even though I've purchased Java a few years back.

    Yeah it shows up and it showed up in my bank too. In the launcher it just says play demo but also it says it wont connect to minecraft services.
