    Honestly had no clue where to ask this LOL I cannot find anything on the internet about it, it's very strange? Any ideas of the causes....? It's only the minecraft launcher too...? I run a windows 10 system lol this has never happened until recently

    Thanks for sharing this information. Are you trying to play the Minecraft for Windows or the Java edition?

    Are you using the Windows 10/11 launcher or the Windows 7/8 launcher?

    And have you tried to open the Minecraft program from the Start menu instead of using the Launcher?

    I did as you suggested. When I use the newly installed launcher (for WIndows 7/8) I can logon with my Microsoft account but it then says that Minecraft is 'incompatible with Launcher'.

    When I try to open Minecraft without the launcher, I still get the 'Renew Gold' message.

    So you were able to play it normally on the local account?

    If you want, you can try to download the Windows 7/8 launcher to test on your main profile account. Go to Minecraft website and download it:

    https://minecraft.net/download

    Sometimes the Windows 10 Launcher is bugged but the "old" launcher runs fine.

    My java account got disappeared

    Please go to the Minecraft website and download the Windows 7/8 launcher. Try playing the game using it. The Windows 10 launcher is giving this error for some users.

    Make sure you sign in with the correct Microsoft Account used for the Migration.

    Also, uninstall the current Windows 10/11 launcher before installing the Windows 7/8 launcher.
