    Minecraft Launcher not working


    I installed minecraft and the launcher off of the microsoft store with the pc gamepass. The Microsoft store said the game can work on my device. I have enough storage for the launcher. So why cant I download the launcher update?

    Minecraft "for windows" won't install on new launcher.

    For anyone still struggling with this the thing that finally got mine to work is uninstalling the launcher and installing "Minecraft for Windows + Launcher" rather than just "Minecraft Launcher." I hope this helps.

    For anyone still struggling with this the thing that finally got mine to work is uninstalling the launcher and installing "Minecraft for Windows + Launcher" rather than just "Minecraft Launcher." I hope this helps.

    minecraft launcher and microsoft store glitch. I need help to fix it.

    I have the same issue and not working deleting profile.json file. The problem is that when i start minecraft launcher, the launcher and the microsoft store open at same time but microsoft store glitches and only can be closed after closing minecraft launcher with Task Manager or reseting the computer.
