Minecraft Launcher not working, unable to install "minecraft for windows"

Discus and support Minecraft Launcher not working, unable to install "minecraft for windows" in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; So im unable to download minecraft, i can get the launcher down but when i click install on minecraft for windows the play button appears and is grayed...     Minecraft Launcher not working, unable to install "minecraft for windows"


    So im unable to download minecraft, i can get the launcher down but when i click install on minecraft for windows the play button appears and is grayed out and nothing else happens. No installation starts no matter how long i wait.

    I have troubleshooted for about 2 hours and im honestly about to explode.

    I have:
    - Installed the web version of minecraft launcher for windows 7/8, 7/8 alternative as well as 10/11
    - Installed the Microsoft store version of the launcher as well as the store version called minecraft launcher + for windows.
    - I have updated windows, graphic drivers.
    - Reset all microsoft applications like xbox, mstore etc through both cmd and windows settings.
    - Uninstalled everything called Minecraft on the PC, 5 times over, and reinstalled launcher.
    - Checked active processes and cancelled anything that could possibly be related to it.
    - Tried starting as administrator on all the apps.
    - Restarted the PC thrice.
    - Updated Java (idk)
    - Logging in and out of the launcher.
    - Pick all 4 drives i have, no luck (they have Terabytes of data free...)
    - Googled like everything and no solution seems to match.

    Unable to download Minecraft Launcher on laptop, any reasons to why?

    I have completed the tasks but still unable to download Minecraft Launcher, however I am able to install minecraft installer after pressing the link but not minecraft launcher.

    Minecraft "for windows" won't install on new launcher.

    For anyone still struggling with this the thing that finally got mine to work is uninstalling the launcher and installing "Minecraft for Windows + Launcher" rather than just "Minecraft Launcher." I hope this helps.

    Thank you for your help, however I am currently unable to access the minecraft launcher (it can't be opened/launched, is still showing up in the windows search bar, cannot be uninstalled).

    Every time I try to download it again from other places (microsoft store application, minecraft installer application, minecraft launcher from the xbox store), I get an error and it tells me it is unable to install

    Search for ''Minecraft Launcher'' in the Xbox app, install, log in with your Microsoft account on the launcher, select Minecraft For Windows and install.

    For anyone still struggling with this the thing that finally got mine to work is uninstalling the launcher and installing "Minecraft for Windows + Launcher" rather than just "Minecraft Launcher." I hope this helps.
