Minecraft Launcher Not Loading.

I recently factory reset my PC and ever since then, this issue has begun.

I've tried loading the launcher from minecraft.net and from the microsoft store, I've logged out of my microsoft account from the Xbox app and the microsoft store and relogged in and this didn't fix anything either.

The error I get when trying to load the launcher is as follows:

"We couldn't sign you in to Xbox Live

We can't sign you into Xbox Live right now, Try again in a while.

If that doesn't work, we have a few ideas that might help fix the problem.

0x80860001

Authentication target is invalid or not configured correctly."

Mind you, there is a link to follow under that error code which provides you with troubleshooting steps in hopes of resolving this error message. I've done all the steps listed on that website and nothing changed. Please help...

Yes, it keeps loading then it gives same error.

and in the Minecraft Launcher page in the Microsoft Store the install button does not work.

Yoooo same, I haven't been able to play minecraft for 3 days cause it's stuck loading when I press microsoft login. I can login the website but not the minecraft launcher. They better fix this now.

Also, there is another problem.

Sometimes, when I try to install Minecraft Launcher from Microsoft Store, and then ( the problem happens ), it causes problems too when I try to download other apps, they get the same problem ( Loading then Ending with a problem " Try again Later, Something happened on our end ". That happened with me twice, but I did reset to Microsoft Store and then it got fixed ( except the Minecraft Launcher ). Yesterday, while I was trying to install the game without having the other Minecraft Launchers, Minecraft Launcher's problem wasn't solved and also, and then when I tried to download some other app, the problem of the slow download was back again, then when I tried to do reset Microsoft Store for another time, it wasn't fixing anything.

Is there any way to fix that Minecraft Launcher's problem? I think it's influencing badly on other apps.

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues logging in to Minecraft launcher. I understand that you've tried some troubleshooting steps but none of them worked for you. If you're playing Java, please follow my recommendations below.

1. Delete the Minecraft launcher that exists on your computer.

2. Restart your computer.

3. Install alternative Minecraft launcher for Windows.

4. Login your account

If the alternative launcher does not work, uninstall it and try the legacy launcher:
