Minecraft launcher not available

When installing minecraft from the official website, and launching it, it keep saying that Minecraft launcher isnt available in my account and to check the store sign in and try again i tried all of this and still wont work, Please help! i paid so much money for this

If i buy Minecraft Dungeons from the Microsoft Store will it be available in the Minecraft (Java) Launcher, or will it be like Minecraft Java vs Bedrock?

Yes! i set it to "All available"

and no i use the Badlion Client to play Minecraft but i just used the Minecraft Launcher and it said i only have bedrock, is that even possible?

when i try to install the launcher, i get this error

"Minecraft Launcher is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Store and try again. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001"
