    Minecraft Launcher Issues - Dungeons Not Loading, Now Not Installing


    I've been having issues with the Minecraft Launcher ever since the forced switched to MS Store version. Minecraft Java Edition always worked fine, but Dungeons continues to have issues. At first it wouldn't load on 3 of 4 of my devices (desktop, laptops), so I was advised to uninstall/reinstall Gaming Services and the game, which worked for a while. Now Dungeons again won't load, get's stuck on the main splash screen. So I tried the uninstall/reinstall of Gaming Services and the game again, now the game won't download at all. I click "Install", it asks me to confirm location on C:\ drive, then nothing. No download progress, just a greyed out button. So I uninstalled the Microsoft Store, Launcher, Gaming Services, same issue. It's not just on one device, and it's on different accounts, so it has nothing to do with updating drivers, software issues, compatibility, etc. Please advise what else I can try.

    https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/download

    Then try playing Minecraft dungeons from that launcher.

    I'm Samy an independent advisor. Welcome to the Xbox community. How are you?

    Windows key + i and go to apps, find Minecraft Dungeons, and uninstall.

    Then open the Microsoft Store, search for Minecraft Launcher, install, log in with your Microsoft account, install Minecraft Dungeons. After that, you can play.

    May I know if you already tried repairing and resetting minecraft launcher?

    Go to windows settings > apps > search for minecraft launcher app > click on it and select advanced options.

    After that, click repair and then reset

    And double check if the issue is fixed.

    Another option could be try reinstalling minecraft dungeons or delete completely minecraft launcher and dungeons and try again
