Minecraft Launcher isn't letting me download Minecraft Windows!

Have you tried to download the new launcher for the Minecraft for Windows + Java Bundle? If you haven't, please try it and let me know how it goes. You should be able to download it since you own both versions.

If it still does not work, please uninstall all launchers and all Minecrafts you have on Windows and restore your Operational System via the ISO Image Tool. You will be able to maintain your installed games and files.

If you're using Windows 10:

Download it > Open the ISO image tool > Open setup.exe > Select upgrade > Download from the cloud > Keep games and apps.

After that, please install every update available for Windows on the Windows Update. Install all the optional updates too.

Then, clear the Microsoft Store cache and re-register the apps:

- Go to Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Microsoft Store > Advanced Options > Reset.

- Go to Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Xbox App > Advanced Options > Reset.

Go to Start > Type PowerShell > Right click it and select “Run As Administrator” > Type the following command and press Enter:

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

- Delete the Cache folder at:

C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider_8wekyb3d8bbwe\AC\TokenBroker

- Also delete Microsoft Store local cache files at:

C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.WindowsStore_8wekyb3d8bbwe

Try to install Minecraff direct from the Bundle on the Store and let me know how it goes.

Minecraft Launcher has released but anyway it's downloading 1.17.10 version (even through Minecraft Launcher). Of course i can download the newest version of Minecraft Windows 10 Edtion through unofficial launcher but it's a little unpleasant when the newest version isn't downloading from official source

I don't get an error code accept for "an error occurred on our end" and a manual install also does not work.

Also is their three packages for the minecraft launcher?

One that is for both java edition and inecragt for Windows

The second java edition

The third minecraft for windows.

I did eventually get a version to work since the old launcher redirected me to the new launcher which I installed and did let me install minecraft for windows version.

However the store version which downloads java edition and something else never worked.

Not by reseting not by uninstalling and reinstalling not by downloading from the minecraft website and manually downloading.

Did you try to uninstall and install Minecraft again?

Also go to Minecraft website and download the Windows 7/8 launcher. Try playing the game using it. The Windows 10 launcher is having this "play demo" bug.
