    • last year Minecraft was working fine until I can't open the Minecraft launcher. I tried running as administrator and it says to me "File system error (-2147416539)". I tried to search the internet for this code fix but I can't find it. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, tried everything that I know could fix this problem but I still can't fix it. I want to play Minecraft with friends can anyone help me

    Install the launcher from the link I sent to you and then set it up and Uninstall it

    Just to be sure what did you click launch on? The new Launcher from the link I sent?
    Yes, I just noticed. I didn't fully uninstall my old Minecraft launcher and it says I own it, but I don't know how to fully uninstall my old one.

    Uninstall the one you have and download from the link I sent. After installing it, set it up and then Uninstall the launcher

    Go to Minecraft.net and download the Windows 7/8 launcher. That should work.
    It appears the Windows 10 launcher is bugged.
