Minecraft Launcher error code 0x87E10BD0, and Microsoft Store error code 0xd0000255

When I try to use the minecraft launcher it gives me the error (in korean) "Minecraft Launcher은(는) 현재 계 에서 사용 수 없습니다. Microsoft Store에 로그인되어 있는지 확인하 다시 시도하세요. 필요 경우 오류 코드는 0x87E10BD0입니다."

So I logged out my microsoft store, and tried to re-login, but it also gave me the errorcode : 0xd0000255. Plus, I'm using my computer as local account without login in with microsoft.

I had already tried using WSRESET, and reinstalling minecraft launcher, but it doesn't work. Plus the bedrock edition minecraft are not able to login either. And I don't know this is related to it, but I can't upload scrrenshots in here.

A. Run the Gaming Services repair tool and verify if you're able to log in after that.

B. Search “Services” by using the Windows search functionality and look for the following services:

IP Helper
Xbox Live Auth Manager
Xbox Live Game Save
Xbox Live Networking Service
Gaming Services

For each service: Right-click on the service > Properties.
In Startup Type, set the service to Automatic.

If the service isn’t started, click Start > Apply > OK to save changes, restart your PC and try again.
Note: In case GamingServices can't be modified, skip that one.

C. Perform a clean boot in your PC, once restarted, try again.

D. Right-click on the Windows button and select PowerShell (run as an administrator).
Then, run the following command: (You may want to copy and paste the entire command)

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_. InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}.

This command can take a while to end, but when the process ends, you should be able to type in the PowerShell window.
After that, please restart your computer and try again.

E. Create a new local user on your PC. Then verify if you can log in there.

I am having the same issue with the minecraft launcher. It is on pc xbox app. The error code isn't on the microsofts error code list.

Mine error looks different to that and doesn't happen when downloading.

Sea of Thieves is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Microsoft Store and try again. Here's the error code, in case you need it: 0x87E10BD0

But now are you able to sign in to the Microsoft store? Or you are trying to download the launcher from the Minecraft website?

when i try to install the launcher, i get this error
