Minecraft LAN Games

I have a couple of Minecraft worlds that I host on my laptop to allow me and my partners Xbox to connect to as LAN worlds and to allow me to connect to them externally via Minecraft on mobile.

The issue I have is that the Xbox versions of Minecraft don't seem to be able to show both worlds I have running but typing in my IP and the ports for each world on mobile works just fine.

I've done the port forwarding for each world and no matter what I try Xbox Minecraft will only show the first world that loads as the only available LAN game.

Hopefully there's something I can do to fix this as ideally I'd like to see both worlds and not have to close each one and then change the order that they're loaded to allow me to login to each world.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am using Windows 11 and I Don't play other games on PC besides Minecraft and like I said before both of us have reinstalled Minecraft, but it still does not work without LAN. However, whenever he comes over, it works just fine with LAN.
My NAT type is Moderate. There weird thing is that a few months ago (Without LAN) everything was just fine.
