Minecraft keeps logging me out of Microsoft account

Minecraft keeps logging me out of my Microsoft account on the ps4 and when we go to sign in again it brings up a code as if its never been logged in before, is getting annoying having to log in every time I start Minecraft up, and then getting an email notifying me that my account has log in to a new device. I’ve contact Mojang support who advised me any issues relating to Microsoft account had to be raised via Xbox support. Having contacted them they informed me that they couldn’t do anything it was a Mojang support who had to help me and they’d never heard of this issue before despite a lot of other people online reporting exacting the same issue on Xbox support forum. Please has anyone got a fix to this annoying issue?

this keeps on happening to me too, Microsoft needs to work on their crossplay and their account issues

To change the Microsoft account affiliated with your Minecraft account, you can follow these steps:

1. Open the Minecraft game on your device and log in with your current Microsoft account.

2. Click on the "Play" button to start the game.

3. Once the game has loaded, click on the "Options" button in the main menu.

4. In the options menu, click on the "Profile" button.

5. Click on the "Log Out" button to log out of your current Microsoft account.

6. Once you have logged out, click on the "Log In" button to log in with a different Microsoft account.

7. Enter the login credentials for the new Microsoft account and click on the "Log In" button to link it to your Minecraft account.

Keep in mind that changing the Microsoft account linked to your Minecraft account will also change the account linked to your Xbox Live achievements and friends list.

I had the same issues, going round in circles. Follow the advise on this thread, then go into settings on minecraft and log out of the microsoft account, restart minecraft and log in with the child's account again. It worked for me.
