    Hi, I own the Windows 10 Edition of Minecraft but when I try to go to the Microsoft store it doesn't say "Get" even though it says on my Minecraft account that I own Windows 10 and can play it (I'm also very sure it wasn't a free trial that I got). I have also tried to contact support for help from the Minecraft team themselves they gave me the link to the correct support team (Since I reached the wrong support team) it didn't work so as far as my knowledge knows this is my last option.

    Sincerely, A Minecraft Windows 10 player that would like to redeem Java Edition. (Please help me I just wanna play Hypixel)

    Thanks for taking the time to share it. If you sign in to the Minecraft website, are you able to redeem Minecraft Java Edition there, does it show that you also own Java Edition or it asks you to buy Java Edition?
