Minecraft Java, no response from Mojang

Hello, it's been 1.5 months since my account has been hacked and I have sent multiple requests to Mojang saying "hey my account has been hacked." and some of their response never came back, I don't know what to do as the account has been hacked for 1.5 months and I want to get it back, but with Mojang I still don't as they barely respond to anything sent to them, I have even got a message saying that they sent my messages to an executive, but no response from them either. If anyone knows what to do than please tell me as I have tried everything, I have my transaction id and I know my account name and all that.

Your Mojang account was previously migrated to a Microsoft account?

If yes, you can try recover it following steps here:

If that’s not the case, you may need to reach Mojang support again

Just in case, check your spam/junk folder
Sometimes important emails ends there

No, I have not migrated but the person who hacked my account did. Also, I am on PC, because I couldn't find the subject for PC users.

Oh... Sorry to hear that... You may need to contact Mojang support one more time to see if they can help you to recover the compromised account

In cases like this here in the forums is not possible to assist you with this specific concern due to no one can access / view / modify / share account info with other members

When I sign in to Microsoft to edit my mojang account, it gives me no options for minecraft java. I sign into my microsoft account in the mojang launcher and I'm met with "invalid account" responses.

If you purchase Java it will be through Mojang - Not Microsoft. What perks or add-ons are given are dictated by Mojang.

From their website, there are no details about a cape - however if you find current and relevant documentation saying so directly from Mojang, then it is fair to say you can trust it.
