Discus and support (Minecraft Java) I can neither change my skin in the old launcher, or log into the website... in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; All my login info is correct for both, and I'm met with, "Oh no!     (Minecraft Java) I can neither change my skin in the old launcher, or log into the website...


    All my login info is correct for both, and I'm met with, "Oh no! Something went wrong, and we couldn't connect to the minecraft services. Try again" on the launcher, and, "OOPS! We could not validate your access, please try to login again." on the website. I've reinstalled the launcher, and logged back in multiple times, and it persists, but fortunately I can still play the game even online though cannot change my skin. Can this be fixed, and/or when will it be fixed? I believe it's something I'll have to wait on like anyone else, but it's mildly disappointing to miss out on functionality like that. At the very least I'm happy to get this read, and don't feel upset at any particular group helpful or not.

    May I know if you already try using another Wi-Fi network to see if the issue persists?

    Or if you're able to do it, share mobile data via hotspot and connect your PC to it

    Cant play Minecraft after account migration

    When I click buy from the Minecraft launcher it takes me to this website https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/store/minecraft-java-edition?ref=Launcher I'm not logged in and it has the option to purchase Minecraft but after logging in to the that website with same Microsoft account that I had logged into the Minecraft launcher with the purchase option is replaced with Already own Minecraft? Download it again. and the launcher download button.

    Yes, that is correct. I followed those steps, it said my skins were merged as well during the process. I can log into Mojang's website with my Microsoft account. The Microsoft "Gamer Tag" appears when I do, but I am not able to edit skins, change names, or load the account (Mc or Microsoft's) in the Minecraft Launcher.
