Dieses Problem kann manchmal auftreten, wenn Sie bei Minecraft / Microsoft-Diensten angemeldet bleiben, wenn Sie Ihre E-Mail-Adresse geändert haben. Bitte befolgen Sie diese vorgeschlagenen Schritte:

1. Laden Sie den "Minecraft Launcher" aus dem Microsoft Store herunter und installieren Sie ihn auf Ihrem PC, falls Sie ihn derzeit nicht haben

4. Wenn Sie nicht angemeldet sind, melden Sie sich mit Ihrem richtigen Microsoft-Konto an und prüfen Sie, ob das Problem behoben ist



In einem Minecraft-Support-Artikel über ändern von E-Mail-Adressen wird vorgeschlagen, dass Sie Ihre Transaktions-ID finden und den Minecraft-Support kontaktieren, um die Kontoinhaberschaft zu überprüfen. Bitte führen Sie diesen Schritt mehr als einmal aus, um die Chancen eines Minecraft-Vertreters zu erhöhen, sich mit Ihnen in Verbindung zu setzen.



Bitte überprüfen Sie außerdem Ihren Junk-Ordner oder Spam-Ordner in Ihrem E-Mail-Posteingang, da deren Antworten möglicherweise nicht direkt an Ihren Posteingang gesendet werden.

Welcome to the Xbox Community Forum. Thank you for sharing your concern with us today and we hope that all is well. This issue can sometimes arise by remaining logged into Minecraft/Microsoft services when you changed your email. Please follow these suggested steps:

1. Download and install the “Minecraft Launcher” from the Microsoft Store on your PC, if you do not currently have it
   
2. Open the “Minecraft Launcher”
   
3. If you are already signed in, sign out and back in with your correct email/password and see if the issue is resolved
   
4. If you are not signed in, please sign in with your correct Microsoft Account and see if the issue is resolved
   

In a Minecraft support article on changing email addresses, they suggest that you locate your transaction ID and contact Minecraft Support in order to verify account ownership. Please do this step more than once to increase the chances of a Minecraft representative to reach back out to you.

Additionally, please check your Junk folder or Spam folder in your email inbox as their responses may not be sent directly to your inbox.

Hi Evie,

thanks for the feedback. Meanwhile, minecraft support has also tried to help me. However, he could only determine that I purchased Minecraft with a Microsoft account and a connectivity problem was suspected.

The "simple" logging in from time to time and also the reinstallation of the launcher have not caused any change.

The solution was that I switched several times between my account and that of my wife during my attempts. At some point it probably worked again by itself.

This solves my problem.
