Minecraft Java Edition how to share it with my child

I have had Minecraft Java Edititon and I migrated my Mojang account to Microsoft account about 1 month ago. How can I share it with my child (he is already in my family group)?

I found answer from January 2021

but it was before migration of Mojang accounts started, so does anything change? Is there now the same option for Java version as for the other Minecraft versions?

Unfortunately there's no official way to share the game.

I apologize but there is no option to share the game on PC. The family group is to manage the child's account for their safety and sacurity.

Windows 10 minecraft and java edition are both two different types of Editions unfortunately you would have to buy the java edition on the minecraft website.

Thanks for taking the time to share it. If you sign in to the Minecraft website, are you able to redeem Minecraft Java Edition there, does it show that you also own Java Edition or it asks you to buy Java Edition?
