    Minecraft Java bought on the wrong account


    Hi I wonder if anyone can help. I bought minecraft Java for my daughter, but we share a laptop and I was logged in on my Microsoft account not hers, so now the game is in my account not hers. Does anyone know how I can get it moved from my account to hers, or do if I can get a refund and re-buy it in the correct account? Thanks for any advice or help

    Just a friendly reminder though that there is no option to move a game from one account to another but you can try to request a refund through Mojang since this is a Minecraft Java Edition game:

    Unable to redeem Minecraft java even when owning Minecraft windows 10 edition.

    I'd forgot to mention that I had bought Minecraft Java on a different account. But after losing that account I had made a new account. When I switched over, I was given Minecraft bedrock (Minecraft windows 10 edition) not Minecraft Java.
