Minecraft Java → Bedrock Redemption is not working

Hello,

whenever I attempt to use this button

to redeem my Minecraft: Java account for a Minecraft: Java and Bedrock account, I am unable to "Get" the game from the store. The only options are "Buy" and "Game Pass," neither of which I would prefer to use. I already own Java Edition, and not Bedrock. This is what the Bedrock page looks like:

Here's some additional info:

- My XBox and Microsoft accounts use the same Email

- I own Minecraft: Java Edition

- I have tried nearly everything I can think of to resolve the issue (restarting, asking around, FAQ pages, etc.)

- I can play Java Edition perfectly fine, but not Bedrock

I do not know if this is an issue on my end, XBox's end, or Microsoft's end, but if anyone has any information about this, it would be appreciated.

I have been trying to fix this for over two hours, and help would be greatly appreciated.

Is there a way to notify someone at Microsoft that this has been broken for a month? I cant find any sort of support that isn't a forum.

Ya, I have the same issue not sure if your help will work cause I own Bedrock Edition and am having the same issue but in redeeming Java!

i have the same issue but with me having bedrock and it says to click redeem then it just says gamepass or buy and idk its been a whole month and i have tried everything

It is Saturday, and the same issue is still happening. I've confronted other people about it, and the 'get' button shows up and works fine for them, but not for me and other people. Is there anything we can do to fix this?
