Minecraft Issue 2019

Hello, started up Minecraft today on the Xbox One & while it's Syncing user data a rectangular Grey rimed black box says "Global Resources Reset, Resources failed to load previously." Initially Syncing user data was taking to long to load so I shut the game
down and restarted it. After I did that this message appears. It's still stuck on Syncing user data & doesn't change if I restart my Xbox. I really don't want to have to re-download it. Please tell me it's an issue on your end and that it's being worked on
so I don't have to re-download this game..... Thanks.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it multiple times and it has not worked. What should i do? I've done everything i can nothing has worked. Restarting it. I left it for a few hours to it still saying "syncing user data. May take a few moments"

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand your having issues with Minecraft giving you error messages. After you've tried the power cycle the ambassador suggested then I would also recommend.

From Home, select My games & apps, and then select
See all.
When you’ve highlighted something to uninstall, press the Menu button on your controller.
Select Manage game & add-ons, then Uninstall all.

Then just redownload it and try again.

Let us know with a reply how it goes!

I think re-download, can resolve you problem

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.
