hi, i have a problem with my minecraft on my xbox one s.

i have played minecraft before and my account is an adult but somehow no matter how many tries, the account wont let me play multiplayer games.

and since it told me to go to aka.ms/accountsettings.

then i went there and i tried to change my setting but even though it said ‘allow’, it still wont let me play, please help me microsoft

Still isn’t working. I would appreciate if they could figure out a solution. Controller isn’t responding to anything on Minecraft, but it’s working on literally ALL other games.

Can you provide some details on what's happening that is not letting you play? Does the game crash, does it give an error message, or is it not launching? We're happy to help troubleshoot, but we'd need a bit more information around what's happening
to be able to assist. If you could give us an error message, something that's changed between being able to play and not, what's happening when you try?

The Minecraft thing wasn’t working since my gold isn’t working so I have a issue with my subscription

Select account

Go to XBOX ONE (middle selection) settings

Allow multiplayer....(I allowed like everything here and it worked, but i think that was the key one)

(I also clicked friends on almost everything on the first selection (Privacy))

It took 1 minute to update.
