    Minecraft is not starting


    Ever since my minecraft crashed my game will not work I have reset my Xbox both ways and uninstalled the game I've done the process countless time could some in find the real meaning for the problem that is effective. Please get back to me as soon as possible.

    No, you cannot take things from one world to another. Starting a new world is like starting a new game.

    I am trying to add friends in the mobile version of Minecraft. My profile name is but when starting Minecraft I get awarded the profile name given by Minecraft itself and them it seems the Security will not let me add friends. What to do?

    Actually the Minecraft website refers to the Minecraft for Windows as Minecraft Bedrock.

    Please try to load the Minecraft for Windows by searching it on the Start menu. Just go to Start > Search and click on Minecraft for Windows. It only shows you "Play trial"?

    Please try the steps one at a time to resolve the issue.

    Solution 1: Repair and reset the Minecraft launcher app.

    Please go to Settings > Apps > Apps Features. Select Minecraft launcher, then click Advanced options. Click the repair button and reset button, try using the launcher again, and see if it works.

    Solution 2: Please try to uninstall and reinstall the launcher and see if that sorts out the issue.

    Solution 3: Please try using the other version of the launcher which you can download from this link, https://aka.ms/minecraftClientWindows.

    Let me know if it works.
