Minecraft ipad restore purchases

Hi, I hope you're doing great despite the issue you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

You may need to follow the steps below:

1. Make sure your app is up to date by going to the App Store and selecting Update. If updating the app isn't available, it's most likely up to date. 

2. Open the Minecraft Marketplace. 

3. Select the Store. 

4. Scroll down to purchases and select Restore Purchases. 

If that didn't work, you may need to reach out to Mojang support.

Like he says, check if you are still logged in or logged into the correct account. My minecraft on IPhone always logged me out constantly.

FAQ for Minecraft. If these mods were purchased in game you will need to reach out to
Mojang support.

You do not get a free copy of Minecraft on PC if you purchased it on iPad. You still need to purchase it again. That also works for any other platform the game is available on.

Did you ever get this resolved? I have the same issue: Purchase made on iOS device. Log into Microsoft account (on ipad via minecraft app) and those purchases are not visible. Log out of account on iPad and purchase is visible again.

The purchases are stored on the device (my daugher's iOS) and I'm trying to get them to transfer to her microsoft account so we don't lose the content/purchases.
