Minecraft IOS on IPad Pro; My resource packs are gone and the store is trying to make me...

It’s been a while since i last logged on to play minecraft and I’m aware there have been some updates.

However i logged back into my account and all my purchase were gone and weren’t re-downloading into the app. I still have the files named on my Ipad pro, and I’ve tried erasing and installing the ipad again and restoring purchases but nothing is restored.
Really annoying and frustrating.

I’ve checked the apple store as well and have the history that i did purchase things from it.

I’d be really grateful if you could help me out.
