    Hi!

    I hope you are doing well.

    I bought a copy of Minecraft Java edition for my son about 6 years ago.

    We can't download it because of my son's Microsoft account was hacked and can't be recovered.

    We tried to use his old Minecraft accout to login, but got this message:
    "This Mojang account has been disabled. Please log in with your Microsoft account using the green "Sign in with Microsoft" button above."

    I don't have the "transaction ID" because like I mentioned it's been 6 years.

    Is there any way we can download the Minecraft again?

    I tried to send recovery form for my MS account, however the hacker seemed to change the primary alias again, which I don't know what it is.

    Now I don't know what to do.



    I just can't believe I had no other way to get my purchased Minecraft back.

    I wish I could use my old Minecraft accout.



    I'm so disappointed with the M$ policy.

    Your Mojang account has been disabled and you're unable to access the Microsoft account due to it being hacked. Unfortunately the only chance you have at recovering your Mojang account, is by recovering your Microsoft account. You can only do so by filling out the recovery form.

    I did not understand, my friend. Your hacked account had Minecraft Java. Then, after it got hacked, you created another account and was given Minecraft for Windows? Microsoft or Mojang gave you Minecraft for Windows or how this happened?
