We understand that your gamertag has not updated in Minecraft. Let us look into this together to get you back to gaming.

We recommend that you sign out of Minecraft, as well as any other Xbox-related apps, on your PC and restart the computer. The changing of gamertags takes some time, so do not be alarmed if you do not see the change immediately.

If you sign out of your Microsoft account on all devices and you sign out of all apps that your Microsoft account is tied to, when you sign back in again you should see your new gamertag.
