    We have an XBOX 360. MY son wants to know if there is a way to get custom skins? Would he do it from his computer? What is the best way and how can he do it (if possible)? Thank you

    Sorry to hear about your negative experience in Minecraft.

    If you just want to delete your Minecraft account, it seems like Mojang has some self service steps you can get that done yourself.

    Try visiting their support site at
    https://help.mojang.com/customer/portal/articles/1110103-deleting-an-account     and let us know how that helps with the resolution of the issue!

    I went on minecraft's official page, and you CANNOT add ANY custom skins on Xbox, you can ONLY add custom skins on Bedrock for pc, mobile, and Chromebook
